If your intention is to frame the image you may wish to have an additional white border (approximately one to one and a half inches) left as a border around the image. If so please indicate this under 'special instructions' on the order page. By stating you do not want it trimmed to size. (do not trim)

If lamination is requested when ordering, images will be Matt laminated as this protects the image and the matt finish reduces glare and light reflection on the image.

If your intention is to frame the image when you receive it - we strongly suggest that you do not laminate it - but ask your 'framer' to use a non-reflective glass when framing the image

  • All images being laminated will be trimmed to exact size specifications
  • All Lamination will be 'Matt finish' . should you require Gloss lamination this must be stated under 'special instructions' on the order page

Note: Failure to mention any of the above when ordering cannot be rectified afterwards.

All orders will be dispatched within three working days once payment has cleared.

All items are sent via 'International Signed for' mail and may take up to 10- 14 days depending on country of destination.

All images are high resolution and Digitally printed - 750dpi (dots per inch) on 180gsm (grams per square meter) matt paper and not framed. Images will be rolled and dispatched in a sealed 80cm diameter x 2mm thick cardboard tube, to ensure items are delivered undamaged.

Returns are not accepted unless the package was obviously damaged on arrival, in which case there must a record of this. Any damage must be noted when you sign for it. Failure to do so will result in the item not being replaced. Once confirmation of any damage has been confirmed to us from the postal representatives, the item will be replaced free of charge.

NOTE: If you fail to report the item as damaged or do not mention any damage to delivery person when signing for it at the time of delivery, and the damage has NOT been recorded by them - no replacement or refund will be issued.

We do not accept responsibility of items signed for by other than the addressee. (in other words if anyone other than the addressee signs for package and fails to notice any damage)

Non delivery: All items are tracked electronically to their destination. Once confirmation of non delivery has been confirmed to us by the postal representatives, the item will be replaced and dispatched free of charge.

All decisions made by us regarding the replacement of damaged goods are final
